Warrior Fitness is hands down the best gym and training program that I have ever been lucky enough to participate in. Paul is a world-class trainer who brings a lot to the table when training his clients. This is not some fitness gimmick that you try for a month or so; it’s a serious training that produces real results. Although the workouts are inherently difficult, Paul customizes the exercises for each member, ensuring that you do not need to be fit or in shape to start here. Just show up, work hard, and Paul will make the workouts more challenging as you progress.

I am constantly impressed with the level of innovation that Paul incorporates into training. I’ve had a few minor injuries, but I’ve never had to take time off, because Paul is able to modify the workouts, which keeps me in the gym but also allows me to heal up. Training can be very taxing on the body, so I am very grateful to be able to train in a gym where safety is a top priority.

I have been training with Paul for 11 months now and I must say Paul has pushed me beyond my comfort zone. Training involves attaining balance and strength in my body. As a result I now feel stronger, leaner, vitalized, and much more motivated to do even better. Warrior Fitness trainings are intense but Paul is always mixing it up with an amazing mix of weight training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), intense cardiovascular routines and a variety more.
