Warrior Fitness is hands down the best gym and training program that I have ever been lucky enough to participate in. Paul is a world-class trainer who brings a lot to the table when training his clients. This is not some fitness gimmick that you try for a month or so; it’s a serious training that produces real results. Although the workouts are inherently difficult, Paul customizes the exercises for each member, ensuring that you do not need to be fit or in shape to start here. Just show up, work hard, and Paul will make the workouts more challenging as you progress.
I am constantly impressed with the level of innovation that Paul incorporates into training. I’ve had a few minor injuries, but I’ve never had to take time off, because Paul is able to modify the workouts, which keeps me in the gym but also allows me to heal up. Training can be very taxing on the body, so I am very grateful to be able to train in a gym where safety is a top priority.
Lastly, the atmosphere at Warrior Fitness is simply unmatched. This is not a gym full of meatheads; it’s a motivated family of athletes who want to see each other reach their goals. There is no need to be intimidated, simply show up and be ready to push yourself further than you thought possible. I honestly love this gym, and cannot thank Paul enough for bringing this caliber of training to Fresno.

Starting a fitness journey can be intimidating. I started with a New Year’s Resolution to lose weight, like most people do. And, like most people, I had a goal but didn’t know where to start. I have been training with Paul for 11 months now and I must say Paul has pushed me beyond my comfort zone. Training involves attaining balance and strength in my body. Getting ready to talk to Paul for the first time, I was apprehensive. I had worked with a trainer once before and HATED IT.
