Paul Watson

Paul began his career not simply as a coach but instead primarily as a student studying his own limits in athletic performance while pursuing a greater goal within the military special ops. He went on to a highly successful career and grew his desire to inspire and educate others on the extraordinary health benefits of hard training throughout the human body.

An elite athlete, Paul has been transforming people’s health for decades. His customized training programs have helped men and women around the country, everyone from those just beginning their fitness journey to elite athletes and changing their lives from the inside and out, physically as well mentally.

PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS • Began professional career as a coach in New York City in 1997 • Specialized as a strength, endurance, and obstacle training coach • Winner of numerous running, strength, and rough-terrain racing events • Enlisted in the military after 9/11, proudly deployed 2 tours of duty to Iraq for Mobile Comms Team as a tech serving Navy SEALs Team on west coast • Relocated to Fresno in 2009, graduated Fresno Police Academy same year • Opened Warrior Fitness January 1, 2015 • Defied all government authorities to close Warrior Fitness during the crazy 2020 pandemic, and proudly kept his doors open. • 2022 Became an elite HYROX coach, designing the most effective HYROX training program in the central valley, as well as training pro-level athletes from around the country.
