Privacy Policy

Last updated October 8, 2026

This policy explains what information Warrior Fitness(“we,” “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email us at info@warriorfitnessfresno.com.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us.When you submit our contact or free-week form, we collect your name, email, phone number, what you’re interested in, and whether you’re happy for a coach to text you about your inquiry.
  • Optional third-party embeds. Pages may include third-party content (such as an embedded Google map). These load only if you allow optional cookies, and they may set their own cookies — see our Cookie Policy.
  • No analytics or advertising trackers run on this site at this time. If we add measurement or advertising tags in the future, they will stay off until you consent.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule your free intro week, and contact you about training. New leads may trigger a text-message notification to our staff so we can follow up quickly. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you — for example, our website host and our text-messaging provider — and only as needed to provide those services. Third-party embeds you choose to load are governed by their own privacy policies.

Text messaging (SMS)

Our only automated text-message program is Staff Lead Alerts: our owner and staff can sign up on our Staff Text Alerts page to get a text when a prospective member contacts us through the website. We keep a record of each signup (name, number, the consent wording, and when it was given) and use those numbers only to send the alerts. Customers and the public never receive automated or marketing texts from us.

  • Message frequency varies with the number of website inquiries.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (559) 242-2570 or email info@warriorfitnessfresno.com.
  • We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only for that purpose.

If you contact us through the website and tick the box allowing it, a coach may text you personally from their own phone about your inquiry. These are one-to-one personal messages, not part of any automated program, and we’ll stop whenever you ask.

Your choices

  • Accept or reject optional cookies at any time using the banner or the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
  • We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of optional cookies.
  • To access or delete the information you’ve submitted, email info@warriorfitnessfresno.com.

Data retention & children

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to follow up and maintain our records. This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
