Spartan OCR Training Day

Train like a Spartan. This 2-hour session focuses on real obstacle techniques, grip and rope climbs, carries, and endurance conditioning to simulate race-day intensity. Perfect for beginners looking to try OCR and seasoned racers preparing to dominate the course.

Spaces are limited. Pre-registration is required.

Do I need to be in shape before joining Warrior Fitness?

What types of classes do you offer?

Each day is programmed for a specific focus — Chest & Arms, Legs & Cardio, Back & Biceps, Legs & Shoulders — plus Spartan OCR Training, HYROX prep, boxing drills, and more. Every session is 60 minutes and capped for quality coaching.

Is Warrior Fitness just for men?

No way. We train men and women who are serious about results. Whether your goal is to lean out, get stronger, improve endurance, or conquer OCR/fitness races, our program is built for you.

How is this different from CrossFit or a regular gym?

We’re not about random WODs or machines collecting dust. Every class is structured, coach-led, and designed for maximum efficiency — with zero fluff. Our programming is proven by military special ops, elite athletes, and everyday members who want real results.

What if I’ve never lifted weights or done OCR before?

That’s exactly why we exist. Our coaches break down technique, provide modifications, and build your confidence one step at a time. You don’t need experience — just the willingness to work.

How do Warrior Fitness classes work?

Each Warrior Fitness class runs 60 minutes and is coach-led from start to finish. Every session is capped for quality instruction and built around a daily focus (strength, endurance, OCR prep, or conditioning). You don’t need experience — workouts scale for beginners and challenge even elite athletes. To join, just reserve online or show up 10–15 minutes early to secure your spot.
